Q: If I cancel my appointment, will I still be charged?
A: Yes, APHP Training has a cancellation policy for personal training appointments. Please note that if cancellations are made within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full fee of your appointment. Please contact us regarding rescheduling.
Q: What should I do if I can no longer attend my booking?
A: Please notify us at earliest convenience. We can then rebook your session to a more suitable time. Please note, APHP Training has a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
Q: How much do APHP Training services cost?

A: All you need to bring is a water bottle, and a positive attitude to perform your best!
Q: How old do I need to be to train with APHP?
A: APHP Training requires clients to be aged 16 and above. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us uif you are younger to discuss options.
Q: Can I receive a discount for my massage?
A: Yes, I offer massage services at a discounted price for ongoing personal training clients.
