Personal Training
APHP Training offers one-on-one personalised training sessions centered around client goals and desired strength and conditioning outcomes. Our training begins with an initial consult, building an understanding of the best possible program to suit the client and their needs. This is followed by a 1-hour training session, with tailored exercises, setting you up for success and enabling you to reach your strength and fitness goals. APHP Training offers a hybrid of in-person and online personal training.

Massage Therapy
All of APHP Training’s sessions are personalised to meet your needs. We offer private massage therapy which can help:
- sports recovery
- mobility
- comfortability
- reduce stress and tension
- flexibility
Massage therapy plays a key role in recovery and reset within someone’s training regime. APHP training offers 30-45 minute massage therapy sessions centered around client training, history of muscle soreness and lifestyle factors to keep people training at their best and recovering well to train stronger.
